I’m currently an operations specialist at Apple Walnut Street.
I received my bachelor’s degree in public relations from Rowan University in 2018. I spent two years of my undergrad career as a Journalism major and always found a passion in writing. I continued this by writing for school publications throughout my educational career, as well as a personal history blog I ran.
In 2019, after undergrad, I started working with Apple while job hunting but found a temporary home here as the pandemic began. I have worked on the retail operations team for the past three years. Through this time, I have worked closely on our vendor relations, retail preservation, and systematic retail operations. I work on team building and education with our retail staff to improve accuracy and efficiency. I have my hands in every aspect of our business from the customer facing, inventory accuracy, our business clients, the technical services we provide, as well as the ins and out of working with all vendors that work on our building.
I began grad school, as the pandemic continued to evolve, to further my education and expand my knowledge of the communications field. I received my master’s degree in strategic advertising and marketing from Temple University’s Fox School of Business at the end of 2023. During this time, I worked closely with my cohorts in my program in small teams to produce great work and build skills. I created marketing plans and developed market research plans through hands on qualitative and quantitative research. I studied visual branding, UX design, media planning, consumer buying behavior, SEO and SEM using Google Ads, and visualizations with Tableau. I finished my program by creating a three-year marketing plan for Kraft Salad Dressing’s brand manager, Sarah Showak. My team and I started with preliminary research after being given just a single target audience Kraft was after and ended with a full presentation to Kraft with our full marketing report. We received rave reviews from Kraft with plans of incorporating aspects of our plan into their future business.
I am skilled in Tableau, Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, customer service, news writing and reporting, blogging, and communication. Experience in Publicity and developing and executing public relations campaigns and media kits.
